Karlholm Strand is a large real estate project by the Baltic Sea in Tierp municipality, some 150 kilometers north of Stockholm. The project is centered around converting a historic industrial site into a combined commercial and residential area, well adapted to leisure boating and with a large amount of unique seafront housing.
